Las trufas de chocolate es un postre típico que se come en Menorca por Navidad, a continuacion les explicaremos como se prepara este postre.
Ingredientes para 4 comensales:
375 gr. de chocolate negro para postres
250 ml. de nata líquida
2 nueces de mantequilla
1 chorrito de brandy
Para decorar:
fideos de chocolate
Elaboración de la receta de Trufas de chocolate:
Pon el chocolate y la mantequilla en un bol y fúndelos al baño maría. Mezcla bien.
Hierve la nata y déjala templar. Agrega la nata al chocolate y mezcla bien. Vierte el brandy y mezcla hasta que quede una masa homogénea. Pasa la masa a una fuente baja y deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente durante 24 horas o enfríalo en el frigorífico.

375 gr. of dark chocolate for desserts
250 ml. of liquid cream
2 butter nuts
1 splash of brandy
To decorate:
Chocolate noodles
Elaboration:
Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl and fuse them in a bain-marie. Mix well.
Boil the cream and let it warm. Add the cream to the chocolate and mix well. Pour the brandy and mix until there is a homogeneous mass. Transfer the dough to a low source and let it cool at room temperature for 24 hours or cool it in the refrigerator.
After this time, with the help of two dessert spoons, place pieces of dough on a clean plate and round them with your hands. Then pass all the truffles for the chocolate
